Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our products through rigorous testing and collaboration.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical expectations.
  • S/he will create comprehensive test plans and cases for mobile applications, documenting objectives, steps, and outcomes for seamless communication and traceability.
  • This role requires participation in requirement discussions and sprint planning, as well as conducting functional and regression testing to guarantee high-quality products.
  • The Quality Assurance Specialist will troubleshoot and document issues thoroughly, working with the engineering team to identify root causes of complex issues and suggest long-term solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in web and mobile application testing.
  • A strong grasp of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and quality best practices is essential.
  • Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing, API testing skills (experience with Postman preferred), and proficiency in manual testing of mobile apps are required.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are necessary, as is a detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and have basic experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.
