We are seeking a results-driven sales specialist to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors through lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions based on customer needs, ensuring effective product application and optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Presentation and product demonstration skills are essential to deliver engaging sessions to clients and distributors, effectively showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, making informed decisions to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or related sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
  • A basic technical understanding of lubrication systems, industrial machinery, or mechanical processes, enabling effective communication with customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, allowing for strong relationships with customers and successful sales outcomes.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • A willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events, expanding your professional network and staying connected with the market.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant subjects.
