Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our transportation network. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong problem-solving approach.
- Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and contact potential shippers, brokers, and carriers to promote our dispatching services.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Dispatch Operations:
- C coordinate load assignments between clients and truck drivers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and updates to resolve delivery or scheduling issues promptly.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and truck drivers to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor driver progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and dispatch activity using dispatching software.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
