Social Media Specialist

The role of the Social Media Specialist is multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of activities that foster engagement and community development across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and creative content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple social media channels.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate visibility and drive traffic, including:
  1. Establishing and maintaining a strong online presence through relevant social media accounts.
  2. Designing and implementing daily tasks and activities for all social media outlets to maximize their potential.
  3. Staying abreast of emerging social media trends and competitor activity.
  4. Providing regular reports detailing statistics and results for each social media account.
  5. Conceptualizing, creating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content across various social networks.
  6. Exploring ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
  7. Monitoring advancements in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  8. Continuously refining performance by analyzing relevant data and metrics.
  9. Maintaining a keen eye on online ratings and responding accordingly.
  10. Designing and implementing social media campaigns.
Significant experience working in social media and managing major social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) is essential.Possessing graphic design skills will be seen as a plus, as graphics are often required for creating visually appealing posts.Collaborating closely with the marketing director and other team members to ensure a cohesive social media identity.Proposing creative strategies in collaboration with the marketing director.Able to make creative suggestions in the interest of the organization.
