About the Role

This Senior Full Stack Developer position is a key opportunity to drive frontend architecture, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to backend services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable frontend architecture, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient performance.
  • Build and optimize user-facing features with React and Next.js, leveraging expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on backend APIs using Node.js or similar technologies, maintaining a deep understanding of RESTful architecture and database management.
  • Mentor junior developers and review code to maintain best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive performance improvements and technical decisions across the stack, aligning with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimations, and technical documentation, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of full stack development experience, with a strong focus on frontend development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js, REST APIs, databases), with experience working with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and performance optimization in Next.js, ensuring fast and secure applications.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing guidance and support to drive success and growth.
