Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer Lead to oversee the design and user experience of our digital products. The successful candidate will ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with design outcomes.
  • Leverage marketing background to align design strategies with business objectives and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and managing design teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
  • Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
  • Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) Certifications
  • Google UX Design Professional Certificate
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
  • Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Axure RP Certification
  • Sketch Certification
  • Figma Certification
