Role Overview

As a digital marketing professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce through impactful influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience and a solid background in broader marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for developing influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives and brand goals, as well as sourcing and engaging influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing influencer marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness;
  • Managing relationships with influencers and agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution;
  • Overseeing campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team;
  • Ensuring quality and creative direction by reviewing influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging;
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing future marketing initiatives;
  • Collaborating across teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing and a solid background in broader marketing campaigns;
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies;
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
