We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our PU-based production processes, ensuring production efficiency and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations for PU-based production, ensuring timely achievement of production schedules.
• Coordinate and lead team members to maintain a seamless production workflow.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed production reports to management.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical competencies.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures while upholding product quality.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues promptly.
• Submit daily production logs and weekly reports on raw material usage and inventory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of experience in supervising PU-based production processes.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
