We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill a role that combines technical expertise with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update WordPress-based websites ensuring seamless performance
  • Evaluate and optimize systems used in marketing, sales, and operations for efficiency
  • Assist in automating internal processes and workflows using various tools
  • Learn and support integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and TIBCO
Business Analysis:
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Research new tools, technologies, and talent to support operations and drive growth
  • Support in preparing reports, proposals, and client outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to introduce the brand to new markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for learning business tools and enterprise software
  • Experience with website management (especially WordPress) and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or basic scripting
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems and digital marketing principles
