
Sales Operations Professional

A detail-oriented and proactive sales operations professional is required to support the sales teams in maintaining accurate data and driving efficiency across client opportunity management, contract administration, and revenue reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce, including contract documentation, opportunity booking and phasing, opportunity and client lead management, invoicing details and revenue tracking, and cleanup of outdated or pending items.
- Manage and update the active pipeline.
- Extract Salesforce reports and build structured rhythm for tracking opportunity closure and identifying blockers.
- Participate in twice-weekly syncs with Sales and internal teams.
- Actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure full alignment with salesforce data.
- Support weekly sales file preparation and ensure accuracy of sales data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue, pipeline, or client-related concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and strong reporting/analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills and experience working with data and dashboards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes.
