Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and evaluating suppliers for required goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for required goods and services.
  • Request and compare quotations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and supplier performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and plan purchases effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends, with a focus on cost savings and supply chain optimization.
