Workflow Optimization Specialist

Work with our team to maintain and improve high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing workflows. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, refining processes, and ensuring stability.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve existing workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and make refinements to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with our founders and technical lead to optimize processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
- Ability to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
