Key Responsibilities:

  3. Establish Individual Sales Goals: Collaborate with the sales team to establish individual sales targets aligned with business objectives, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  4. Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  2. Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing sales teams.
