Interactive Real Estate Application Developer

About this Role:

As an Unreal Engine C++ Developer, you will play a key role in developing interactive real estate applications that provide engaging and informative experiences for both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality, interactive experiences within the Unreal Engine.
  • Develop and maintain C++ code for game logic, sales API integration, and user interfaces.
  • Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay across various platforms (VR/AR/Desktop).
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of game elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Unreal Engine, game development technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities within our real estate applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug game issues effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Game Developer with a strong understanding of game development principles with a focus on API integration.
  2. Extensive experience with C++ programming within Unreal Engine.
  3. Solid understanding of game physics.
  4. Experience with VR/AR development (preferred).
  5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Passion for game development and a strong interest in the real estate industry.
  8. A strong portfolio showcasing your game development skills and projects.

  • Experience with real-time rendering techniques.
  • Experience with Blueprint scripting.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
