Job Overview
">This position is responsible for overseeing operating costs and benchmarking within a large organization. As Deputy Chief Manager – Operating Cost, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company's operational expenses are managed effectively and efficiently.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in data collection, cost management, and financial analysis. A CA/ACMA or ACCA/MBA qualification with 04 or 06 years of post-qualification experience respectively is required.
">Key responsibilities include supervising data collection from relevant departments, preparing tariff petitions, and managing OGRA's Annual Report creation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for familiarizing with HR benchmarking and doubtful debts benchmarking aligned with OGRA's policies.
">Other duties may include collaborating with the HR Department and Payroll section for financial projection of HR Cost and Physical numbers, supporting the Legal Department on OGRA-related court cases involving revenue requirements, and maintaining risk monitoring and response strategies under their management.
