Sales Leadership Opportunity

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Drive consistent growth in prescription generation, secondary, and tertiary sales through strategic planning and execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Strengthen distribution networks and ensure product availability at all levels through effective supply chain management.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the field force to enhance productivity and market presence.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that drive results at the ground level.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely support and resources.
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, joint field work, and team meetings to foster collaboration and growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science; MBA in Marketing or Sales is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in pharma sales with a minimum of 2–3 years as ASM or equivalent.
  • Detailed knowledge of the pharma market in Punjab and J&K region.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
