Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains extrusion machine equipment, resolving common issues independently, and performs installations, unloadings, and adjustments as needed.
  • Familiar with the PVC sheet extrusion process.
Daily Operations:

Conducts daily maintenance and troubleshooting of extruders and related auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Accurately completes production records according to system requirements.

Problem-Solving:
  • Analyzes and resolves production abnormalities and product defects to enhance overall product quality.
  • Installs, disassembles, cleans, and maintains supporting molds for extrusion machines to ensure efficient operations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and mechanical aptitude skills.
