We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will support our daily operations by managing embassy visa applications, preparing and submitting various documents, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle embassy visa applications and related documentation
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on various documents
- Manage daily office tasks and correspondence
- Assist team members with administrative work as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
