Job Description

The head of Total Rewards is responsible for developing and managing the company's compensation strategy. This includes salary structures, incentives programs, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and oversee the Company's compensation strategies, including pay scales, staff incentives, recognition, and profit-sharing bonus programs to attract and retain talent.
  2. Partner with HR teams to ensure our reward approach drives performance and business objectives.
  3. Perform job evaluation and job sizing, conduct compensation analysis, and review reward packages periodically to maintain competitiveness or make adjustments.

Requirements:
  1. A good degree in any discipline.
  2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards (or Compensation & Benefits).
  3. Certification in Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is preferred.
