As a Security Oversight Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of client offices in Pakistan. This involves managing the security account, reporting to client Corporate Security, and ensuring compliance with client security policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate security, with a civilian background or equivalent capability demonstrable. They will also have excellent working knowledge of physical and technical security, including integrated security solutions and manned guarding.

Key responsibilities include driving commercial savings and efficiencies, responsible for Tier 2 security vendor monthly management and performance reviews, delivering continuous improvement, and delivering security initiatives and undertaking change management projects at the direction of client Corporate Security.

  • Commercial Savings: Drive cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Tier 2 Vendor Management: Manage and oversee the performance of Tier 2 security vendors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance security operations.
  • Change Management: Lead change management projects to ensure seamless implementation of new security initiatives.

The successful candidate will provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruiting and hiring, and coordinate team activities.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree preferred, 3-5 years of relevant experience, corporate security experience, and local or national security staff certification.
