Talent Acquisition and HR Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, selection, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitude development, and quality management issues.
    • Performance management, workforce planning, increasing associate satisfaction and engagement.
  • Recruitment:
    • Develop job descriptions and person specifications, prepare advertisements, check application forms, shortlist, interview, and select candidates.
  • Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop policies on working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
    • Advise on pay and remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits.
  • Accounting and Financial:
    • Administer payroll, general ledger operations, monthly closings, financial statements preparation, balance sheet account reconciliation, tax computations, accounts receivable and payable administration, and accounting discrepancies resolution.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent written and spoken English.
    • Draft formal business letters and emails.
  • Team Player:
    • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; flexible attitude to working hours.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.
  • Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
