Job Title: Remote PR Manager

As a pioneer in the field of public relations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's image and brand. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Create and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Customer Query Management: Manage customer queries efficiently, providing timely and accurate responses that meet their needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings with third parties, including partners, media, and stakeholders, to foster positive relationships and promote our organization's interests.
  • Press Release and Media Kit Creation: Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to showcase our brand's story and values.
  • Media Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and analyze PR metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Industry Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to expand our network and opportunities.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing objectives and drive business growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities to adjust PR strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in PR management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, proficiency in PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, think strategically, and solve problems effectively.
