Software Engineer with Expertise in .NET and Angular Development

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Engineer (.NET & Angular) to join our 24/7 Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for .NET and Angular-based applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents proactively, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update existing codebases and documentation, adhering to coding standards.
- Collaborate on system upgrades and deployments with the wider teams, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Demonstrable experience as a Support Engineer in .NET Core, C# and Angular.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services, with experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
