About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Java Team to join our organization. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our software development projects.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
