Lead Software Developer

We seek an experienced and skilled software development leader to join our team in developing innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, software development lifecycle, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for managing software application development from conception to delivery.
  • Leverage expertise in leading on-shore and off-shore projects with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Effectively create and implement team management strategies to ensure high-quality results.
  • Nurture effective communication and client expectation management skills to drive business success.
  • Guide technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying software applications using MS .Net C#, VB.net, and ASP .Net.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in project management with a focus on software development.
  • Proven track record of leading projects with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques and software development methodologies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software development with a focus on desktop or web applications.
Desirable Skills:
  • MS .Net C#, VB.net, and ASP .Net.
  • Strong knowledge of Desktop Applications or Web Applications.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
