A Legal Cyber Security Expert is required for the Digital Economy Enhancement Project to provide professional expertise. The consultant will work closely with the project management to ensure compliance with the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master of Laws, LLM, preferably cybercrime or cyber security laws from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University. In case of foreign degree, equivalence shall also be required from HEC. Good proven experience of cyber security related projects.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the relevant field with a minimum experience of 03 years as a cyber security expert/advisor for international projects.
  • The candidate must be well versed with PPP Legal Frameworks, World Bank Regulations and Government of Pakistan requirements.
  • Experience of framing and amending rules and regulations pertaining to international projects, preferably World Bank funded public sector projects.
  • Strong skills of legal research and interpretation of rules, laws, and statutes.
