Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Operations Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

1. Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, guaranteeing compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
2. Branch Management: Supervise all operational tasks, including account management, transactions, clearing, cash handling, and other relevant duties.
3. Compliance and Training: Ensure that all staff members adhere to relevant rules and regulations, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues related to staff, including those involving the branch manager when necessary.
5. Customer Service: Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service quality and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
6. Financial Awareness: Maintain awareness of costs and income to ensure adequate branch profitability.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Review and communicate results and trends from monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
