Job Title: Expert Facial Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facial Care Specialist to join our team. As a Facial Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial treatments, chemical peels, and skincare services to our discerning male clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer high-quality facials, chemical peels, and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations to understand client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace environment that meets industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist.
  • Deep knowledge of facial treatments, chemical peels, and skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and potential side effects.
  • Ability to work with diverse skin types and conditions, including sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and aging skin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Expertise in:
  • Facial treatments (e.g. extractions, masks) and their benefits for different skin types.
  • Chemical peels and exfoliation techniques, including preparation, application, and aftercare.
  • Skincare product knowledge and recommendations, including ingredient analysis and product pairing.
