Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Working independently and remotely is essential for this role, so you should be self-motivated and results-oriented.
