Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our Web3 and game development services marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the Web3, blockchain, or gaming industry. They should be able to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our company as a leader in these spaces.

The successful candidate will identify and target key market segments, including blockchain startups, gaming studios, and enterprises seeking decentralized solutions. They will build and enhance our brand presence across online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice across all marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our company as a leader in Web3 and game development services.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in blockchain, Web3, and gaming to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts that align with our expertise.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing initiatives for industry events, webinars, hackathons, and trade shows.
  • Lead Generation & CRM: Develop lead-generation campaigns to drive qualified leads to our sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the Web3, blockchain, or gaming industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and game development processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
