Job Title: Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement strategist to lead our procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to achieve organizational goals.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to address them. You will also analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Must have experience working in an ERP-based environment. SAP knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Professional certification in procurement, such as CIPS or ISM, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
