Infrastructure Advisory Specialist
As an Infrastructure Advisory Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting clients in the development and implementation of strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure projects. You will advise on structuring and closing financing for infrastructure projects and procurements, including developing, structuring, and negotiating contract terms.
You will require a deep understanding of capital project/program funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at local, state, and national levels to support analysis of client projects and provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.
Developing and mentoring junior team members will also be an essential part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in developing and implementing infrastructure project strategies
- Advise on structuring and closing financing for infrastructure projects and procurements
- Develop and negotiate contract terms
- Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams
- Mentor junior team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and proven project management skills
- Experience in feasibility studies and/or structuring project financing transactions and procurements
- Proven quantitative analytical capabilities and ability to build market-accepted financial models
- Outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to solve unstructured problems
- Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector
