Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve equipment issues and improve machinery functionality.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, mechanical configuration drawings, and process flow charts.
  • Work overtime as needed and conduct regular maintenance of process equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Calibrate and certify instruments and scales, and perform repairs on various equipment such as inverters, motor control centers, motors, and valves.
  • Possess a degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and at least five years of experience in installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining process instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with variable frequency drive installation and repair is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Five years of Electromechanical and/or Instrumentation & Electrical experience.
  • Working knowledge of programmable electronic systems (DCS, PLC) and human-machine interfaces that support these systems.
  • Ability to work overtime and respond to call-outs after hours and weekends when needed.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematic diagrams, control loop diagrams, logic diagrams, and ladder diagrams.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
