Key Responsibilities:- Incoming and outgoing calls management and coordination
- Travel arrangement and logistical support
- Petty cash management and financial transaction processing
- Office administration, maintenance, and upkeep
- Reception duties and customer service provision
- Basic accounting and financial reporting functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in petty cash management and financial transactions processing
- Excellent spoken English language skills
- A well-groomed personality with a smart and hardworking attitude
