
Sales Representative

Job Summary:
- Makes professional presentations to targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned area.
- Ensures adequate knowledge of products and their competition.
- Prepares weekly and monthly call plans for approval.
- Submits call reports as per scheduled requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Representative calls on practicing physicians, hospitals, and health-related organizations within an assigned area.
- Makes professional presentations using selling skills to listed healthcare professionals on approved indications of Pfizer products.
- Submits reports regarding calls made to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
- Follows the approved tour program and presents coverage in scheduled meetings.
- Arranges Product Group Meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss products in detail.
- Collects and reports information on promotional and marketing moves of the competition.
- Provides feedback on promotional activities to the manager and marketing team.
- Coordinates with distributors for desired stock availability.
- Fulfills objectives assigned for increased prescription flow from identified healthcare professionals.
- Forwards technical queries raised by healthcare professionals to the Medical Division for clarification.
- Maintains records, detailing kits, and vehicles. Submits expenses and leave plans as required.
- Reports competitive activities observed in the area to HRM and Marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Science graduate, preferably Pharmacy education.
Experience: 1-2 years in Pharmaceutical Sales.
