We are seeking a Results-Driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Results-Driven Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and prioritize inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  2. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
