Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and experienced in B2B marketing, with a strong command of HubSpot and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
- 1+ year of experience using HubSpot across key marketing functions
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, with a focus on services
- Experience with B2B account-based lead generation through targeted campaigns
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
- Practical experience with digital media, including display, social, email, and affiliate channels
- Skilled in creating audience segments and developing targeted campaigns that build customer engagement
- Familiar with a wide range of go-to-market strategies and tactics
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
- Able to independently prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in the consulting or services industry
- Skills in content writing and basic graphic design (Adobe Acrobat or similar tools) are a plus
