About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Superintending Officer's Representative in materializing the master programme, project execution plan, defining key project targets, and managing contractual site progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of project management plans to ensure timely completion, within budget, and of high quality.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to define project targets, including timeline, cost, quality, resources, and construction pipelines.
  3. Assist in managing contractual site progress, ensuring compliance with authority requirements.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and negotiate agreements.

Requirements:

  • A good degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of MEP experience for deep basement works, preferably in an airport environment.
  • Prior experience as a S.O Representative Assistant or similar capacity.
  • Strong experience in project management, coordination with other disciplines, and delivery of key project milestones.
  • Independent, self-motivated, driven, and possess good analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration across all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
