Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage our inventory. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

1. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Data Entry: Enter data related to all incoming and outgoing orders into our system.
3. Liaison with 3rd Parties: Establish relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
4. Packing and Dispatch: Pack and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
5. Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
6. Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports to provide insights into our business performance.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in accounting or economics is preferred but not essential.
