Marketing and Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our game development teams to create, implement, and nurture the overall strategy of developing and maintaining the target audiences of our games.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and adapt marketing and brand strategies for our games, based on defined goals.
- Design social media and digital marketing strategies for iPhone and Android games.
- Collaborate with other departments to co-develop integrated marketing plans.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns, adapting to local market needs.
- Support management decisions on business models, pricing strategies, and forecast rational.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, both digital and physical, ensuring brand consistency.
- Work with industry partners to develop co-branding and co-marketing strategies for promoting our products.
- Identify internal and external sources of market knowledge, including research companies, internal databases, internet, and personal networking.
- Produce regular in-depth market analysis, intelligence, brand health reports for management review.
- Lead marketing-related projects when assigned.
Requirements
- Experience working with an ad agency or brand management.
- Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills.
- Confident presenter, experienced in using PPT, and good public speaker.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Extensive experience managing creative/media agencies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and aesthetic sense.
- Insight-driven approach and ability to use initiative.
- Strong brand and project management skills and analytical competence.
- Strong creativity and commercial awareness.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creative writing skills.
