Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, highly motivated, and possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create effective strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales revenue by identifying key consumer groups and tailoring marketing efforts to resonate with their needs and preferences.
  • Implement marketing plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives through market research and analysis of consumer behavior.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners to expand brand reach and negotiate agreements and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Liaise with media outlets and sponsors to maximize brand exposure through advertising and sponsorship opportunities and leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives, utilizing sales operations and CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, and optimize marketing platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive business growth.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Ability to work positively in a team and independently, being flexible and adaptable to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to produce reports for evaluating the effectiveness of publications, events, and marketing campaigns and assist/manage marketing campaigns, events from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions, confidence in dealing with members of the public and the media, and creative thinking with a passion for fashion and consumer trends.
  • Experience in budget management and sales strategies tracking.
