Job Description

As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Ampoules and Eye drops department. Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP & ZIP reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance, and other records on a daily basis.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve machine efficiency, OEE, and maintaining data of toolkits.
  • Ensuring all production floor KPIs are being met, including adherence to daily OEE targets and conformance of daily plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • DAE in Mechanical/Electrical is required for this role.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
