Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director will oversee and drive sales activities within a designated region through indirect sales channels. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
- Monitor and assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management of both internal employees and partners.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback of partners.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and drive results.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, channel planning, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and successful outcomes.
