Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Professional Development Officer to enhance our learning culture.

This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify employee learning needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Track and maintain development participation and completion data using LMS tools.
  • Support in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
  • Analyze post-development feedback to assess impact and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Stay up-to-date with development trends and suggest innovative approaches.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional development role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
Certification (Preferred):
  • HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
