Job Summary:

The Production Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales department to obtain ISOs and prepare material demand accordingly.
  • Generate material demand reports.
  • Create daily and weekly production plans based on available materials and orders, and obtain approval from authorities.
  • Monitor production progress against the planned schedule.
  • Prepare daily production reports.
  • Document daily waste reports.
  • Analyze and address major causes of waste to minimize its impact.
  • Develop a weekly maintenance schedule for machinery.
  • Foster effective communication with dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery according to promised dates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Promote a quiet and calm environment within the production area.
  • Compile monthly reports on ISOs, production, and wasteage.
  • Administer overtime sheets accurately.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure timely deliveries of essential materials.
  • Enforce discipline throughout the production area.
  • Adhere to transparency in all actions and decisions, and refrain from withholding information from senior management.
