Dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator Needed

We are looking for a highly organized Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with retail store owners to enhance sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas.

You will visit retail store locations to provide coaching and training through role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representatives. Additionally, you will make daily calls to stores to drive performance and assist with customer escalations as the first point of contact.

As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will leverage your local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail distribution points and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Boost products and services to support sales efforts.
