Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance Operations team as a Financial Analyst. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely application of incoming payments across multiple markets within our regional hub structure.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for delivering best-in-class cash application services, driving efficiency, and supporting broader operational goals. This includes:

  • Accurately posting and reconciling incoming payments (e.g., bank transfers, cheques) to customer accounts across assigned markets.
  • Understanding market-specific requirements and nuances for payment processing, reconciliation, and customer account management.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable.
  • Providing process updates and KPI reports related to O2C.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
