Cybersecurity Specialist - Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Presales Expert. As a key member of the presales team, you will provide expert guidance on cybersecurity solutions, helping clients protect their digital assets while driving sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer requirements, identify security gaps, and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Design and architect tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet the customer's unique business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and hands-on PoCs to showcase the technical capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach, educating prospects on the value and benefits of comprehensive cybersecurity measures.
  • Present complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and business stakeholders, highlighting the effectiveness of our cybersecurity products and services.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions align with the client's needs.
  • Assess clients' cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for improvement in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, identity & access management, and data security.
  • Stay current on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role around presales, technical consultancy and solutions architecting.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and platforms such as firewalls, SIEM, DLP, XDR, and IDS/IPS.
  • Expertise in a range of cybersecurity technologies including platform security, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
  • Industry-recognized cybersecurity or OEM-specific certifications preferably Fortinet, TrendMicro and Cloudflare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Sales acumen, with the ability to work closely with sales teams and support the creation of compelling security proposals and presentations.
