We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in implementing Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain BCMS Frameworks: Create frameworks aligned with industry standards to ensure business continuity.
  2. Conduct Thorough Assessments of Critical Business Functions and Dependencies: Identify potential risks and areas for improvement to minimize disruption during crises or disasters.
  3. Create Comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Strategies: Ensure minimal disruption during crises or disasters by developing effective plans and strategies.
  4. Identify and Mitigate Risks Associated with BCMS: Ensure the continuity of business operations by identifying and mitigating risks associated with BCMS.
  5. Support BCMS Certification Audits and Regulatory Assessments: Assist organizations in preparing for and passing certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  6. Provide Training and Awareness Programs on BCMS Best Practices: Enhance understanding and implementation of business continuity principles by providing training and awareness programs.
  7. Select and Implement BCMS Tools: Assist in selecting and implementing tools, such as ServiceNow, Riskonnect, RecoveryPlanner, Everbridge, etc., to support business continuity efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Certifications: Hold an ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification and CBCP certification, if applicable.
  3. Experience: Have 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  4. Skills: Possess practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments, as well as familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  5. Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  6. Audit Experience: Have experience conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Possess strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
