Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to oversee our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data, preparing reports and financial statements.
  4. Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives.
  6. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
  7. Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Operations Manager or similar role in the import and export industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
